brodee.ai is an AI agent platform operated by Embrace Innovation Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). brodee.ai lets a business connect its own systems and communication channels — including email, WhatsApp, and SMS — to an AI assistant that helps its team look up information, draft communications, and carry out routine tasks on the business's behalf. This policy describes what data we handle in the course of providing that service and how it's used.

Who this applies to

This policy covers two kinds of people:

Platform users — employees of a business using brodee.ai to operate the assistant.
Contacts — people that platform users or the assistant communicate with on the business's behalf (for example, over SMS or WhatsApp), who are not themselves brodee.ai users.

What we collect

Account information — name, email, and role for each platform user.
Connected business data — whatever data a business chooses to connect (e.g. a database, a mailbox, a calendar) so the assistant can answer questions and act on it. This data is only ever used to serve that business, never shared across businesses using the platform.
Message content — the content of messages sent and received through a connected channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS), including the phone numbers or addresses involved, so a conversation can be read and replied to.
Usage and audit logs — a record of actions the assistant takes (e.g. what it looked up, what it sent, who approved it), kept so a business can review what happened.

SMS and phone numbers specifically

A contact's phone number is used only to send and receive messages as part of an existing business relationship with them — never sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties, and never used to send marketing unrelated to that relationship. A contact can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, which is honored immediately.

How we use this data

We use the data above solely to operate brodee.ai for the business that connected it: answering questions, drafting or sending communications a platform user asks for or approves, and keeping a record of what the assistant did. We do not use one business's connected data or contacts to serve, train models for, or benefit any other business on the platform.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to operate brodee.ai, each only for the specific function they perform:

Cloud hosting and database infrastructure, to run the platform and store data securely.
Messaging carriers (e.g. Twilio), to actually deliver and receive SMS and WhatsApp messages.
The AI model provider a business has configured, to process the assistant's requests.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as a business's account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for account recovery and to meet legal/audit obligations, after which it is deleted. A business or a contact can request deletion of their data sooner by contacting us below.

Your choices

Contacts can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us directly.
Platform users and businesses can request a copy of, or deletion of, their data by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
