These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of brodee.ai, an AI agent platform operated by Embrace Innovation Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using brodee.ai, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent ("you," "your").
What brodee.ai is
brodee.ai lets a business connect its own systems and communication channels — such as a database, email, WhatsApp, and SMS — to an AI assistant that can look up information, draft communications, and carry out routine tasks on the business's behalf, with the level of human review and approval the business configures.
Your account and responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the data and connections you provide to brodee.ai, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for actions taken by users you invite to your account, and for the approval decisions those users make on the assistant's behalf.
- You must have the right to connect any third-party system, data source, or communication channel you link to brodee.ai.
SMS Program Terms — brodee.ai Messaging
Program name: brodee.ai Messaging
Program description: brodee.ai lets a business's employees send and receive two-way conversational SMS with their own existing contacts — answering questions, following up on inquiries, and providing account or service updates — through the brodee.ai platform.
Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency: varies based on your conversation with the business — typically a few messages per interaction, not a recurring schedule.
Support: reply HELP to a message at any time for help, or contact us at [email protected].
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Your opt-out will be honored immediately.
Acceptable use, including messaging
You agree not to use brodee.ai to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or communications to anyone who hasn't consented to be contacted — including over SMS or WhatsApp.
- Send messages that are unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that violate a recipient's applicable opt-out request.
- Attempt to access data, connections, or accounts belonging to a business other than your own.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the platform to build a competing product without our written permission.
For SMS specifically, you're responsible for ensuring any contact your business messages through brodee.ai has consented to be contacted, and for honoring HELP/STOP requests as described above. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that data.
The assistant's outputs
brodee.ai's assistant is a tool to help your team work faster — it is not infallible. You're responsible for reviewing anything the assistant drafts, sends, or acts on before relying on it, particularly anything gated behind an approval step, which exists precisely so a human confirms it before it takes effect.
Service availability
We aim to keep brodee.ai available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. brodee.ai is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embrace Innovation Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of brodee.ai, including actions taken by the assistant that a human approved or that were configured to run without approval.
Termination
You may stop using brodee.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these Terms, including misuse of a connected messaging channel.
Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
